Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful!
My son had his first eye exam with Dr Abraham and I am so happy with our experience! She was able to explain exactly what was going on in a way my son understood and made him feel super comfortable. Tim helped pick out a pair of glasses perfect for my son too which made the process speedy. We appreciate all the patience and kindness their team showed us 😊
This started out as a good experience but ended up being very disappointing. Initially, the lady Michelle in the office was very friendly, but Eyes Over DFW dropped the ball big time. As a new patient, I scheduled an eye exam to get a new prescription for my brand new frame, which I had purchased elsewhere. The first issue was after waiting several weeks for the new lenses, the lenses weren’t marked properly so they had to be reordered. 4 because i can’t do 4.5 Dr.Abraham is really good and the team is amazing but I would say, I was looking forward to getting my sunglasses for a special event, but they came about a week or 2 late, and they didn’t notify me about them arriving until 10 minutes before closing on the day before them having an extended break :( I wish they would’ve at least told me when I had called that the office was going to be closed.
Best experience I’ve had at an eye clinic. Every single person from receptionist, to eye doctor, to the frames technician was so warm and helpful. They made sure to prioritize setting me up in frames and contacts that were right for me but also in my budget. So grateful I found this place.
