I really love it here. Their customer service is impeccable. I use to go to the downtown office and Jessica is my girl, she's helped me select my glasses with so much patience. Eli in the Oakland office, is so sweet and personable, I mean the whole staff including the doctors make my experience worth it. Thank y’all.
Here has been my experience as a new patient to date. The exam experience was pleasant and efficient, however the post exam is an “0”out 5. After my wife and I spent after insurance $2300 on multiple pairs of glasses mine heading 10 weeks still aren’t available. To date they have made “4” totally avoidable mistakes where the lens and glasses have had to be returned to their manufacturer….. yes “4” times.
