Terrible scheduling. Over 2 hours past scheduled appointment to be seen.
A complete rip off and needs to be investigated for insurance fraud. I had an appointment with the independent provider to get my eyes checked. I have VSP insurance that takes care of my eye exam AND to check the health of my eyes. I was told that I had to provide my medical insurance card as well. So you’re being paid twice?! When I questioned it, the receptionist was extremely rude. It took three appointments to get my prescription correct, so with three trips to the optician, making it total SIX TRIPS just for one eye exam and glasses with progressive transitional lenses. Who has time for that? ******Update 2024****** I returned for this checkup to Russell Eye Care in Florence, SC, who got my glasses prescription and glasses made correctly made the FIRST TRIP as they had in the past, and charging a very reasonable price for designer progressive transitional glasses!!!
