Incredible service! Got my glasses back in four days, fantastic! So happy! The team offered great service, the lenses I have got were perfect, Very happy with the results 🙂
Initially I was very pleased with the service, helpful and friendly and I was happy to find an optometrist closer to home. Having had the glasses for a few months I took them back to get straightened as my grand daughter had bent them, also they had become loose and slipped off my nose. Taking them into the store the blonde woman behind the counter(not the lovely receptionist) took them off me stating “all care and no responsibility “ looking annoyed that I should ask for such a thing but did straighten them for me.
