I originally came here two years ago and everything was OK, so I re-booked with them for this year's eye exam. The eye exam and the doctor were great. It all falls apart from there with the customer service at the front. When I was paying, they quickly explained that the person that knows how to check insurance wasn't in yet so they had to charge me a deductible.
