I hope that this review can save someone time and money I have wasted dealing with this place. I visited eyes on second on August 21st and still by October 16 th I don’t have fully functioning glasses. They just want your money. Don’t go there. Usually I don’t write review. But Eyes on second did not leave me any other choice. I made an appointment here with Dr. Amin at Eyes on second through ZocDoc because her review was good. After I have seen her on august 21st, 2020, she gave me a new prescription for progressive lenses.... read more
I originally came here two years ago and everything was OK, so I re-booked with them for this year's eye exam. The eye exam and the doctor were great. It all falls apart from there with the customer service at the front. When I was paying, they quickly explained that the person that knows how to check insurance wasn't in yet so they had to charge me a deductible. I didn't think much of it at the time but realized later that my vision plan doesn't have a deductible. When I picked up my glasses I asked about this and sh... read more

Friendly, but you have to wait forever, the waiting hallway is uncomfortably crowded and cramped, even if it’s just you! My first script was wrong and I had to return. They were accommodating and responsive...and I was on time for both appts., but had to wait as others who came after me were let in. That’s just rude. Finally, you must sign a waiver releasing them if they damage your frames when inserting the lenses. I’m sure that’s standard. My favorite, vintage frames were damaged (and then the script was bad!).
