Several weeks ago I made an appointment for the first available Saturday opening to have my eyes checked. The appointment was made for February 8 at 1000. On January 25th they sent me a confirmation email with buttons to either confirm the appointment or reschedule. I confirmed. My emails send folder show that my confirmation email was sent. RecommendedVery Very pleased with Eyes On Missouri and the employees who work there. The moment i walked in the door someone was there to greet me with a smile and help me with my insurance since i was new. All staff including the Dr were very nice and professional. i will defiantly be back and recommend them to anyone.
The Columbia location staff especially Nick the doctor was the absolute best. He took time to explain our daughter's diabetic exam in detail. Excellent with our 10yo. The best experience in our 8 years of her exams.
I moved here about 7 months ago from Springfield mo. I had seen the same doctor for years and today I went to Eyes in Missouri. For the first time in years I finally found an eye doctor (Dr. Haley) that took me seriously and took the time to listen to the problems I have been having. The whole staff (Ellis, Ms. Kim, and Ms. Lindsey) was so accommodating and took the time to make me feel comfortable. Hands down recommend them.
I've seen several eye doctors over the last 25 years about my double vision, but this was the first time I was taken seriously and had the problem fixed! My lenses redirect my vision so I only see one image, so thankful that someone finally took the time to listen to me and not just have a machine diagnose my eyesight!! Osage beach location was very accommodating, and professional. Thorough eye exam done smoothly. So pleased with the service, I purchased two pair of glasses. Thanks Osage beach staff.
We got what we needed and that part was done well, but it wasn't without a rude comment and a bad attitude from one of the women working there. I wouldn't return and I would not recommend it to anyone else.
I moved to Jefferson City in 2013 and a friend recommended Eyes on Missouri. My entire family is pleased with all the staff members. My daughter had her first eye exam and she was made to feel comfortable through all the tests. She was given an explanation of what would happen in every test and why it was being performed.
