My daughter just had her first experience at Eyes On Lake Stevens. It was her first eye appt ever. Her eye doctor, Dr. Kathy, talked to my daughter, not just me. She explained what was going on to her, smiled, and put her at ease. We were treated in a friendly manner by everyone and we will continue going there. Also, because it is in Costco, the cost of glasses are very reasonable!

CHECK WITH YOUR INSURANCE FIRST!!! They are most likely out of network with all insurances and for mine it required a preauth prior to services otherwise it wasn't covered. They don't send pre authorizations because they're not in network with anyone. Nice staff if they did insurance I'd say 5/5 but the hassle and what could be a free exam costs hundreds.

I have had a slight vision problem for a long time and have astigmatism in one eye. My line of work requires clear vision.
