Front office was fine as in the other staff of a front office. However, the optometrist, was a different story. He asked me a few questions, and I did not know how to answer them because I did not know what he was talking about. When I told him that I did not understand the question, he just kept repeating the same question to me and the same way that he had asked me in the first place. The appointment was great! Everyone was really nice, friendly, and knowledgeable! It was such a smooth process!
I had the best experience with these wonderful ladies. I honestly don't think it could have been any better.
Dr. Vuu was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the the proper fitment for a “bi-focal” contact lens. Or “rings of power” as she called them. Highly recommend.
