Dr Vuu and the staff are great. Dr Vuu took the time to explain what’s going on with my eyes and we put together a plan to address the issues I have been dealing with for years. She explained everything to me of the what and the why and then gave me viable choices to address the issues.
Front office was fine as in the other staff of a front office. However, the optometrist, was a different story. He asked me a few questions, and I did not know how to answer them because I did not know what he was talking about. When I told him that I did not understand the question, he just kept repeating the same question to me and the same way that he had asked me in the first place.
