This place staff ( Liz ) and the optometrist ( Ohaniam ) are rude and unprofessional, my father had his eye exam there, after trying the glasses he noticed his eye site is worst than before, I called and after so many time back and forth Ohanian said it’s the best can be done , I had to take my father to another location, get the correct prescription take it there again to have them correct it , she was rude and not even apologized

Re-used my frames from a pair I had lost within 2 weeks of getting them, then found over a year later. So old but, brand new frames that only go over the top of the lens. The new lenses did not fit securely. They move when cleaning them and feel like they will pop out with a simple push of the thumb. Using a jeweler’s loupe I could see that the corners do not contact the frames and are filled with some glue-like substance. I took them back the next day and they told me they are perfect.
