I was told by the doctor and office that Kaiser would reimburse me for the glasses I ordered for my son. Kaiser tells me they will not cover anything ordered outside a Kaiser facility. I’m out $350 for glasses that I cannot afford to lose. Either they knew and they outright lied to me or they didn’t know and that is a huge disservice to their patients.
I searched for a doctor with experience in traumatic brain injury and visual field studies. I was looking for someone who has invested in equipment that can aid in assessing visual fields and provides therapeutic expertise. Thankfully, I found the right practice, which has a wealth of certifications and experience. Thank you for making a difference in my life and for helping my children. My family has been blessed to have such a wonderful resource at the center of our care.
I started with Eyes On Hall at the recommendation from another Doctor I had been seeing for many years… he was right, Dr. Remy Delplanche is an excellent doctor. He is knowledgeable and willing to listen and explain everything clearly. He has experience and insight (pun intended;) and he knows exercises that can help my vision improve. He has technology and equipment to do all the tests and determine what is going on with your eyes and vision. He is great with kids! I highly recommend Eyes On Hall. Great doctor!

I have been going to Remy for 23 yrs. He is the best Dr. I brought my whole family to see him. He is great with Children and adults. He is kind and compassion it. He cares about all people and all races. He has staff that speak Spanish which is helpful.
