I love Dr Pitts!
Overall a very good experience. Appreciated how thorough Dr. C was. Very kind staff. However, we were disappointed that we specifically said we were referred to see Dr. Pitts and when we showed up for an appointment we were in fact not scheduled with Dr. Pitts. Scheduling staff should be more clear that there is more than 1 doctor in the practice. Also, when we needed to reschedule an appointment due to illness we were told an exception would be made regarding the deposit we had made when making the appointment. But when we ... read more
Dr Pitts is wonderful. Very professional, efficient and friendly. Does a great job answering questions and completing a very thorough examination.
Everyone is extra nice, very friendly and helpful. The waiting area is clean and neat. Would definitely go back. I didn’t ask the name of the doctor so when a gentleman came in I was shocked, he did a great job and was extra friendly, (I was expecting the woman) the lady helping with your glass selection is very knowledgeable and helpful. No complaints at all!
Dr. Pitts and her staff have been such a gift to our family. She made my son’s transition to needing glasses so much easier by taking the time to explain everything and helping him feel comfortable. Dr. Pitts is an excellent communicator who genuinely cares for her patients. We’re so grateful for the kindness and exceptional care we’ve received and highly recommend her practice.
