Dr. Long was wonderful. She took a great deal of time with me to try and get the right prescription to help with my changing vision. I highly recommend Dr. Long. The office staff was also great and the office appointments were on time.
New patients can't book online so I expected a competent receptionist. Unfortunately she failed to communicate policies, did not send appointment reminders, and lacked any enthusiasm for her job. I am moving on to find a healthcare provider that values it's customer experience.
Doctor Long was the best experience I've ever had with an eye exam. It was way more thorough than any exam I've had before. Highly recommend Dr. Long.
