Dr Ross and her staff were helpful and took the time to explain my condition. There is a shortage of opthalmologists in the province and I'm glad I was able to be seen within a few months of my diagnosis. The office is very clean and professional. Thank you Dr Ross!
Took my mom to an appointment to check her eyes after a recent lense surgery she had. Was scheduled for 10:20am, she was not seen until 11:30am. While I was waiting in the car for her, I noticed a lot of people coming and going. Safe to assume they had over booked people and did not have the appropriate amount of staff to handle the excess appointments.
