Super friendly, professional, on time. I felt very well taken care of.
Had a great experience with the Optometrist, but not a great experience with purchasing the glasses. You are sat in a room with others while trying on glasses and the person helping me showed me all the different glasses available but never asked about budget or brought up pricing. Once I selected the pair I liked the best, the sticker shock comes. Why have me try on glasses that are outside of my price range? Previously had positive experiences here, until recently. A few months ago, I had to get a prescription transferred from one pharmacy to another, and it was an absolute nightmare trying to get help with this - I had to call at least 6 times, and was met with rudeness and dismissiveness by the receptionist (her name my have been Heather?)
