Awesome experience from the whole office!! Very nice and professional employees - Dr K was top notch and incredibly knowledgeable. Aubrie was SO helpful in helping me choose the right glasses and contacts. The glasses/contacts buying experience was an absolute pleasure, and I was offered competitive pricing on both. Would recommend!
They are always running behind, but have the audacity to dismiss a loyal customer because they didn't feel like taking my son because he was the last appointment of the day. It was obvious that as soon as we walked through the door into the packed waiting room they were ready to ask us to reschedule. We walked in at 4:12 p.m. and of which the sarcastic condescending "manager" said we have a 10 min late policy. No exceptions for 2 mins past that.
