I have been a customer since 2018. Unfortunately, I will not be going back. I just needed a few contacts, two days worth, until my order got delivered. I was even willing to PAY for them… but the staff would not help me. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to stay far far away from this place. Very disappointing, knowing how long I have been a customer.
The staff and doctor are wonderful and really listen to your concerns. Very interested in making sure you have quality vision rather than just ticking off a checklist and sending you on your way.
Very well organized office, and Dr. Martinez focuses on prevention which I love. She’s also super great with the kiddos!
Everyone at this office is wonderful - receptionist, assistants, Dr. T. Martinez. All are very sweet, welcoming, and helpful. They consistently provide high-quality care during each of my visits the past few years.
