Grateful to have Dr Caro working at Eyes of Nanuet, her exam is the most thorough and detailed from an optometrist that I've ever experiencedand I appreciate her customized care over the past many years I have seen her.
I was greeted promptly when I arrived for my appointment, even got in early. Dr. Caro was very attentive and personable. She explained what was happening throughout my exam and was very thorough. I was very pleased and comfortable with her. Salesman for frames was very helpful and patient while I picked out my very first pair of reading glasses. Would recommend Eyes of Nanuet.
Horrible experience here. We ordered glasses for a child & specifically asked for durable frames as he does have a tendency to break them. The man working said if they were broken, the glasses had a year warranty. The glasses did end up breaking & when we went to replace them, the same worker told us since it wasn’t a factory defect, the glasses couldn’t be replaced.
