Dr. Pham was amazing! She’s the first eye doctor who actually sat down with me and took the time to explain everything. She was super thorough and never made me feel rushed. The staff was just as great — so sweet and helpful! They helped me find the perfect pair of glasses. I’d recommend Eye of Hermosa to anyone looking for a good eye doctor!
Eyes of Hermosa is such a kind and amazing team from the front of staff to the doctors. I absolutely love everyone I’ve come into contact with there and both doctors I’ve had care with there..They take their time when it comes to your visit and is willing to answer questions or go into depth allowing you to understand your eyes or any issues you may be having. If 10/10 recommend them!
4/5 stars, for now, because I still have to complete contacts trial and fitting. However, first visit was 5 stars for service quality. Good mix of modern technology and office atmosphere with "old school" focus on the patient. I felt well informed, educated, and provided with as many options available, including latest products.
