This business called my cell phone 4 times. On the 5th call I answered. The person talked so fast I could hardly understand what she was saying about glasses being ready. I realize it was a wrong call & I asked her who she was calling, I think you have a wrong number. She then slammed down the phone! Nasty, nasty!! Not customer friendly at all!! For sure I would never go there!

Absolutely the best!! I broke my glasses at work and was hesitant to call due to the situation of the virus. The crew at Middletown Eyes First was not only helpful but acted quickly and got me a new frame and lenses under 24 hours. You guys rock!! Thank you again! 🤩👓

I have worn contacts/glasses since I was in 6th grade. The people that work in this office were so nice! I travel all the way from Toms River because I won't switch. Dr. Todd Gershenow is very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain with details any questions I had. I left the office very satisfied. I truly recommend this office👍
Absolute awful experience here. Will never go back and will take my daughter elsewhere from now on as well. Doctor was extremely arrogant and had absolutely no bed side manner. I went elsewhere to a very highly recommended doctor with a practice for over 40 years and was treated the way I should have been treated. Eyes first should be ashamed and embarrassed of their service.
Staff is friendly and professional. Doctors are excellent
This is a great office with exceptional staff. The Dr takes time to show and explain the evaluations and recommendations. You feel you are talking with friends.
I've had 3 appointments here to see a doctor in the past 4 weeks. The wait time is very long, no apologies, no excuses. After the 3rd long wait I spoke to David who began to lecture me about how 'it works'. If you value your time and communication find another vision center (PS if you want to buy more expensive glasses- there are a ton of workers ready to sell them to you with no wait time)
