I had a very pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. Everyone I interacted with was professional, respectful, and kind in their services. Dr. Bonnie's initial greeting was an unexpected and delightful surprise; she welcomed me as if she were seeing a friend for the first time in a while. My visit was for an eye exam, and I truly appreciate the entire staff and Dr. Bonnie for their excellent service. Thank you!
Smoothest process I have experienced so far at an optical, in and out in a matter of 15 minutes or so. Everyone is friendly and efficient. Dr.Bonnie is very informative and attentive.
I am writing this review as a warning to others after experiencing a shocking level of incompetence and disrespect at this eye doctor's office. I received a postcard reminding me of an appointment scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on April 8th. I took time off work, only to arrive and be told that the appointment was merely "tentative" and not confirmed. The most appalling part?
