I had a wonderful experience at EyeQ today. I have been wearing contacts for 29 years and I have never been told that they could be coded as medically necessary and completely covered by my insurance. Terrance took the time to go above and beyond and saved me over $1,000 today. Dr Pham was wonderful too. They staff is so friendly and patient.
I saw Dr. Morgan she was great and patient. But is no longer with them. Dr's and staff are great. I would not get your glasses here though. Reason is price of glasses way to high compared to other places.
Dr. Morgan and her staff are the most compassionate and caring people. Always greet patients with a warm welcoming smile. She diligently spends time to examine patients eyes condition and she takes time to explain any questions her patients may have. Mr. Terrence is an amazing individual, very knowledgeable, kind and professional. He patiently spends time with his patients to choose the right frames and lenses. I feel fortunate to have them as my eye care professionals.
EyeQ provides exceptional customer service, with professional and friendly interactions from every employee. My overall experience was excellent, and I highly recommend them as a top choice for your eye care needs!
Dr. Morgan was so excellent, she listened to both me and my husbands concerns and explained everything in detail. I couldn’t have found a better doctor and are really sad she is no longer there. A true loss for this office
