I have been coming to Eye Q Vision since 2020 and have always had the most incredible experience — from the doctors all the way to the optometry staff. There’s always a warm welcome at the door when I arrive, and you are treated like a VIP until the moment you leave. I have a very complex prescription which often requires a bit of trial and error, and their patience and dedication are truly unprecedented. Top notch team at EyeQVision! Dr. Emily is caring and thorough and takes the time to explain everything you need to know about your eyes and eye care. Terrance is a real pleasure to work with. He’s extremely personable and makes it easy to get the best eye wear. The entire staff is attentive and they’re true professionals. I highly recommend!
The team at EyeQ is amazing! They fit me in with a last min medical appointment and I’m so grateful they did. From Megan who booked my appointment and made it all so easy; Rose who did my work up (shout out to my fellow TCHS alumni!); Dr. Emily who was so sweet and thorough; and Terrance that checked me out and so kindly fixed my very old glasses for me. Good quality customer service seems to be lacking these days but not with this group…they go above and beyond for their clients!

Great experience at EYEQ Vision. Front desk, staff friendly, Dr, very knowledgeable and professional, Terrance was amazing in helping me. Pick out my frames and provide provided excellent customer service. If you are looking for an optometrist in the Frisco area, I highly recommend.
