This included helping me choose a suitable frame,booking and eye test and having my spectacles ready to be collected within the same day. This is a professional, kind and wonderful business! After going to Specsavers who offered very little empathy or help, eyeQ heard my story and jumped into actions, Karla was incredible and helped me after my car had been robbed and I had no glasses or contacts. They were efficient, so educated and really gave a human touch. A huge thank you to Karla and the team.
