This is a professional, kind and wonderful business! After going to Specsavers who offered very little empathy or help, eyeQ heard my story and jumped into actions, Karla was incredible and helped me after my car had been robbed and I had no glasses or contacts. They were efficient, so educated and really gave a human touch. A huge thank you to Karla and the team.

We had such a wonderful experience with Karla while getting glasses for my 3 year old daughter. From the moment we arrived, she made the whole process fun and stress-free. Long-Time Customer, But Will Not Be Returning My family and I have used Eye-Q Cavendish for many years, but after my last experience, I feel compelled to explain why we will not be returning. While my usual optometrist, Francois, has generally been good, he has a strong penchant for the upsell, particularly on add-on coatings.
