We walked in by chance to ask if they could fix my son’s glasses and they did it right away, free of charge! I was so impressed with their kindness and customer-first attitude. It’s rare to find this level of service these days. Thank you so much, we’ll definitely be coming back!
Amazing service and a great staff!
I had a great experience at Eyepic. They were all welcoming when I walked in and the exam was thorough. When it was time to pick glasses out, they were extremely patient and helped me choose the perfect ones. They also gave me a ton of options to pay and work with what my insurance covered. Thanks for making the process so nice!
This place has great equipment and the doctor was cool. But the front tried to trick me by saying my insurance didn’t cover my glasses. My insurance covers even lost or stolen pairs. They just wanted to make a profit. I understand. & This why I’m going to spend online instead. They didnt even give me the full measurements for my glasses. In an attempt to get me to spend. If i had it i would spend it. But they definitely lost all my future business bc im have it very soon.
