Wow!!! Talk about professional and enthusiastic people! It was so refreshing to have a doctor be so passionate about what he does. From the moment I called to make my appointment through the end of the selection process the staff (Alex and Stella) were so helpful. I truly feel comfortable about the glasses I bought today. No pressure, very calm atmosphere and truly a pleasurable experience all the way around.
Great doctor! Ive never had so much time dedicated to my eyes before. I have a very significant prescription - I am certainly blind without my glasses! - and I really appreciated the time and attention to detail.The staff was very friendly and helpful in sifting through frames for me to find just the right ones. This is the best place to find unusual frames. You just wont find frames like this in anywhere else in Rock County. I had a great experience with the staff. They ordered several colors and styles in addition to the ones they had in stock for me to choose from. They really cared about how I looked in my new frames and how they fit. They asked about what I do, colors I wore, etc. It was almost like a makeover! Finally, they narrowed it down to 5 frames from which they recommended I choose. I love my new glasses!
