I am beyond frustrated and extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this clinic. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an eye clinic, and my patience has completely run out. It has been almost a month of going back and forth trying to get my glasses made correctly. This is the place for best customer service. Dr. Wadhwa was really patient and explained everything in detail. Shaina's customer service was exceptional! Highly recommend this place.
I was in the office building for a medical appointment and noticed that there was an optical store beside the elevator. I had lost an eye pad on my glasses and decided to go in to see if they could replace it, expecting to pay for it, of course. I was helped by Shaina. She was quick and efficient and didn't charge me. She said that if I ever needed anything to not hesitate to come back in and they would be happy to help. She was very pleasant. Great customer service!
Had a really good experience at Eyeology. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, and the whole process was smooth and comfortable. Definitely recommend them!
