had an eye issue late in the afternoon. was unable to get an appointment at any of the main franchises. popped into Eyemate to try my luck and the receptionist could see the severity of my eye issue and despite being fully booked said they would squeeze us in to get one of the optometrist to take a look. the optometrist was kind, patient and very gentle. it was a fantastic experience despite the circumstances. As a return customer, I would recommend this store and business owner Ella’s service if you like to experience more personalised service comparing to what is offered by those big chain stores. It has large variety of products and they accept most insurance claim as well. Only complaint would be difficulties of parking so you might end up parking at SC across the street
