Let me begin by saying that with one exclusion, everyone there was fantastic & I feel horrible they got my wrath & they are the ONLY reason two stars were given instead of one. I should also tell you that this was the third time I went there for my eye exam simply because of cost, but my lack of funds shouldn't mean I won't be provided great service. So onto my issue. Love this place! Amazing people
The most thorough examination process (very reasonable w extras at no cost) and the kindest most helpful staff. The Dr was very thorough w her questions and exams and really made me feel comfortable and more importantly confident in Eye Mart Express. Im a customer for life and will recommend the place on Henry St. to all! I will nvr go back to America's Best
