I was totally shocked at the final cost. Was charged for some kind of warranty that I did not want; I complained but the manager (Crystal) talked in circles. I left frustrated. Never coming back.

I’m sorry about my last visit. New lenses in two pair of glasses in six months. You charged me full price on both pairs...275.20. What a rip off. You blamed it on the virus yet I could try on glasses and you used them again after sterilization. I live on social security. I won’t be back. I’ve bought my glasses from you for about 20 years.
