The customer service in here was horrible. No instructions on where to go or how they could help you. They do get your glasses ready in 30 minutes to an hour, but when you go to pick them up the process starts all over again. You have to sign in just to pick up your glasses and wait in line again there is no pick up window. It may be a convenient service to get them ready in an hour, but that doesn’t help when they are very busy and you have to wait in line just to pick up. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Amazing prices and the staff has always been great. Would recommend it to friends and family. I have purchased glasses twice so far and they even have 1 hour pick up. It's amazing.
I have had my lenses and frames only since December 2015 and my right lense is damaged and I think may have been since I got them. I did not get warranty but am unhappy with the lense. is there someway it can be replaced. if not, please send my prescription to my e-mail at sgriffith@hughes.net. my name is Sheila Griffith in Clarksville AR.

Terrible terrible terrible terrible service I am In contact with your complaint dept and will not accept a new pair I want my 207 dollars back and you can have these glasses and throw them In the trash ... Legally I have to give you time to Comply with my request before I take further action ...worse worse worse worse purchase in the world .. You need to be embarrassed to send crap out like you gave me ...
