I went in to get two pairs of glasses, one tinted and one standard. There was a slight mix up at the lab and the frame i had chosen got mixed up but when i brought this up to the associate Angel S. She made sure to get everything sorted out and had them remade properly for me and mailed them out to me since i live out of town. I will definitely be coming here again in the future when the time comes for me to get new glasses again
Felt rushed into getting glasses because I first said I only wanted single lense glasses and the clerk said she'd find a coupon for me. I tried on practically all of the glasses and settled on a pair but the sides were too long. They adjusted them but they are the most uncomfortable glasses and I spent $300 on them. I regret getting glasses there. I won't go back.
Very grateful professional affordable quickly
We lost our son's glasses while on vacation in Lake Powell. Our vision care back home was able to fax his prescription over and after choosing his frames, the glasses were ready in 7 minutes!! I would recommend them to one-and-all.
Wonderful customer service. Valarie was careful to enter my prescription correctly. She was professional and was pleasant. I got my glasses in under 30 minutes and they are great. My experience at Eyemart Express in Grand Junction was superior.
