Eyemart Express us the only place I will go for eye care! Dr. Hicks was great & very complete with my eye exam. The ladies out front in the eye glass area were as nice and as helpful as they could be. I worked with Valarie the most. Her kindness & help were at an all time high! I would highly recommend Eyemart Express for all your eye care needs!
Was in and out had 2 pair of glasses at a very reasonable price both pair made in 12 min each..and i am so happy with the way they fit and the year long warranty on the lenses us unheard of..i recommend them to you
Eye Mart staff was friendly, efficient and patient as I tried out several frames. The thorough exam with the latest equipment and the fitting of new glasses was definitely 5 Stars!
This review relates to Dr. Hicks the optometrist. I set up an appointment 2 weeks ago 9:30 for my annual eye exam as this location accepted my insurance. This was my first time coming here and the receptionist I set up the appointment with wasn't there that day. I waited a half hour past my appointment time and still didn't see the doctor. I left very frustrated. No one called me to apologize or ask me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment as I had completed part of the exam waiting for the doctor.
