This review relates to Dr. Hicks the optometrist. I set up an appointment 2 weeks ago 9:30 for my annual eye exam as this location accepted my insurance. This was my first time coming here and the receptionist I set up the appointment with wasn't there that day. I waited a half hour past my appointment time and still didn't see the doctor. I left very frustrated. No one called me to apologize or ask me if I wanted to reschedule my appointment as I had completed part of the exam waiting for the doctor. Faster than promised, ready New Year’s Eve, glasses better than hoped.
i went into the store since my mother shops here often. I had an old pair of glasses that had the nose piece that fell off, it was an intricate fix. I was greeted by Mallery who promptly and professionally took my glasses to the expert in the back-repairman Ken (?). He fixed my glasses quick and at no COST! I was impressed! While I waited, Kim the sales floor lady was friendly and nice as I asked a few questions about new frames. Kim helped me find an alternative frame color which was not displayed.
