Staff at Greece Location are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Went in at 9am had my vision exam, picked out my selection of eye wear within 1 hour total. Got a message that my glasses and shades was ready for me to pick up within 30 minutes of me leaving the office. Best and fastest service I’ve ever experienced.
Everyone was professional, polite and the service was very fast, they had my glasses done in 20 minutes, love that place and will be going back in the future
I have been a faithful customer since they opened their location in Greece, NY. From the eye exam to picking out my frames, I was treated as a customer should be. Now they are accepting more types of insurance, so I paid a lot less than I originally planned to. Plus, if you purchase eyeglass cleaner from there, you get feee refills when you return with the original container. Saves a lot of money over the year!!
