Extremely poor in all aspects, eye doctor messed up my prescription, felt like I was looking through coke bottle glasses so I decided to return them which wasn't an issue, although a complete lack of friendliness throughout.. (except for the eye docs secretary, she was very nice).. went to order elsewhere online and needed the pupil distance measurement they took so I called, Dr was closed so I spoke with one of the sales people who was very terse and rude about providing me with the measurement they took and refused to prov... read more
Lost my glasses clearing snow. Eye mart got me fixed up and back to clear vision within 90minutes from start of exam to new glasses on my face. Can’t thank the team enough for the swift service. Huge shout out to Melissa for the great experience, and I didn’t get their name, but the tint-ologist got me a perfect replacement of my tinted prescription lenses.
I was able to get right in and everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful!!!
The entire staff is kind, patient and thorough. My new glasses are wonderful and I can see again.
