Helpful and personal customer service without being pushy. Very pleasant and personal customer service. Especially from ryan.
The woman who helped me was so extremely friendly, caring, and informative. I was in and out in 10 minutes and my glasses were ready in an hour!
My glasses had a screw that wouldn't thread all the way through and was wobbly. Ryan was able to fix it in under 20 minutes! Thanks Ryan! I was in and out in 20 minutes and he didn't even charge me! They also have a really good selection of glasses at a reasonable price. Next time I need a new pair I will definitely be back! Excellent service Ryan!!
