Great selection and great prices This store has a great selection of glass frames, and their prices are quite reasonable. The staff are not high-pressure in their sales and the service is very prompt. This is a great location, but parking is tight.
Eyemart Express 29th St Midwest City, OK I got some new glasses from Eyemart about three months ago and when I went to get the glasses I could not see out of the left side lens at all. I told the employee there but she said there was nothing wrong with them. She took them back to the optician and they checked it and said all was fine. EYEMART EXPRESS My experience with Eyemart Express was a pleasant one! I went to the office in Memphis, TN on Poplar. First you go to see a doctor & pay $65 for the eye exam...not sure if there's a different charge if getting contact lenses. Very nice people. In fact, this was the most thorough exam I've ever had. Then the tricky part comes in when you go to pick your glasses out. Of course they want you to buy the ones that are on the more expensive side...but, they weren't as high as most other places. Poor Customer Service I rated the Eyemart Express in Corpus Christi, Tx as poor because of the very poor customer service. I appreciate that they do offer very good pricing but this does not excuse the fact that 2 employees were condescending. I ordered 2 sets of glasses was told they were out of stock of my particular prescription & would have to order & it would take 7 days. I returned today and was told that was incorrect that it would take 10 bus days. I spent over $400 and when I asked for a hard case for my new glasses... read more
Rude employee I have never had a problem at Vision Mart, that is until today. The employee seemed to be knowledgeable but he was arrogant and rude from the beginning. He kept explaining their 2 for 1 deal but made it sound like there were extra unnecessary fees being added on, and he became even more rude when I asked for clarification. I told the guy I had had enough and then I made a complaint to the store manager about the employee. The manager took no action to address the rude employee so I left. not the best :/ I don't mind the frames, although the glasses are not as well made as the demo in the store. Additionally, though I paid ahead of time and just went to pick up my glasses, they made me wait behind several consultations including some who came into the store after me. Poor customer service is being polite.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and TOTAL disrespect ever!! My husband stopped by and looked at frames and got a few prices yesterday but wanted me to go with him to pick some frames out. mrs If you want to waste your money on glasses that you can't see through then this is the place to go. Staff are rude. Sales woman said it will take days for your eyes to adjust to new lenses. That is not true. Glasses that are made right, there is no adjustment peiod.
