Poor Customer Service I rated the Eyemart Express in Corpus Christi, Tx as poor because of the very poor customer service. I appreciate that they do offer very good pricing but this does not excuse the fact that 2 employees were condescending. I ordered 2 sets of glasses was told they were out of stock of my particular prescription & would have to order & it would take 7 days. I returned today and was told that was incorrect that it would take 10 bus days. I spent over $400 and when I asked for a hard case for my new glasses... read more
not the best :/ I don't mind the frames, although the glasses are not as well made as the demo in the store. Additionally, though I paid ahead of time and just went to pick up my glasses, they made me wait behind several consultations including some who came into the store after me. Poor customer service is being polite.
Great Service! Great Prices! Great Glasses! I would recommend this place to anyone in need of eye glasses, prescription sunglasses, or contacts. Sometimes the wait is long but you have the option of dropping off and picking up later. They offer great rates and a warranty on all glasses for a year.
mrs If you want to waste your money on glasses that you can't see through then this is the place to go. Staff are rude. Sales woman said it will take days for your eyes to adjust to new lenses. That is not true. Glasses that are made right, there is no adjustment peiod.
Eyemart Express Employees ARE RUDE, UNHELPFUL, PATRONIZING @#@# I am a new eye glass wearer, I purchased two pair, with all the bells and whistles, 399. 48 dollars worth, well the reg. pair was causing me to have headaches, the frame was heavy , so I wanted to get lighter frames. Best I've found Great prices, high quality, and SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF. Fast service, they even called me on my cell phone when our glasses were ready(the wife and I each got two pair)
great place first time to deal with eye problems, my 4 year old needed glasses they were very helpful and he is doing great. They are great at refitting them we have been back 3 times because he is a boy and they always gladley fix them.
Eyemart express saved my eyes! I went to the one in MIchigan on 28th st. after I had delt w/ eyeglass world (absolutely horrible-don't go) eyemart was wonderful! We went up to the lady and said are you going to tack on a whole bunch of costs and not work with us on a payment agreement? She said no, and told me they don't work like that at all! Eyemart Express West OKC I have had mixed results with this business. The offices at 1-40 and MacArthur and the one on North May seem to try everything they can to keep from replacing a frame or lens - even with the additional warranty. I have had better luck with the office at N. Penn and Memorial. They have been very helpful and always nice.
