Wanted to order glasses but was told my prescription was incomplete and they would check with my optometrist. That was 4 days ago I have not heard anything back yet. I tried to call the office and after waiting for 10 telephone rings got an answering machine voicemail which left no opportunity to leave a message. Customer service seems to be a problem.
