Poor customer service. Both my husband and I went to pick up our glasses. No one greets you as you come in. You have to wait just to be signed in and then wait some more before you are called to the counter and stand there and wait for glasses to be brought to you and they spray and clean them, hand them to you to try on and make you feel rushed standing there. Tell you if you have problems, go back to eye Dr they give you a random case with no cloth or spray cleaner for your new glasses.
