Horrible customer service. The first time I went I was passed over numerous times while people that came in after me were helped. Now my glasses are starting to fall apart after about a year and a half. I was told there was nothing they could do and my best bet was to get new glasses. They never tried to help me and I have never had a pair of glasses fall apart so quickly. They sell cheap crap and don't care about customers. Everyone is better of going somewhere else.

Excellent customer service and I love my new glasses! No trying to up sell to higher prices when I came in for the sale ones. I upgraded to the scratch resistance lenses.
Best prices on the planet – I want to not only thank you for the Best Prices on the Planet, but, Service Wowie. Hats off to Jon and Sarah!
