Horrible customer service. I have been a customer for years. The customer service is worse and worse every time I go in. A few months ago a friend and I went to Eyemart to get new nose pads put on my glasses. I tried to ask the guy a question about buying glasses, he stated that there was only 7 minutes till closing and that he had places to go.
