I bought bought eyeglasses & sunglasses - progressives- here last Sept. I pd for a warranty on both. I lost my eyeglasses while traveling last week. I came in about 10:30 am today- Thursday 7/30/25 & handed my receipt to Ana explaining i had lost them & would like the EXACT SAME pr remade for new purchase. She was EXTREMELY helpful, kind, & professional. My glasses were completed in 25 minutes. 🙂
The wait time for picking up glasses and repairs is way too long.
No party of this process went well, no desire to help me find frames that fit, told me five different answers when I asked what my insurance would cover, then I sat over an hour three weeks later waiting to get my glasses, only to have an entitled white woman come in and demand to receive her glasses before everyone else, including several elder and/or disabled folx, and they let her have what she wanted.
