had my prescription for new glasses done at thre eyesmart store at catclaw dr. abilene, texas and after having them redone because unable to read prescription: they got it done right!! the folks that work there are sooo great and i would recommend them to anyone!! love those guys!! the manager is number one in my book!! great guy!!

They sent me my glasses with the lenses in the wrong sides. Then made me pay to ship them back. I also ordered the anti glare and scratch proof lenses. And never got them. But got charged for them. I think this is how they keep their prices low by ripping people off.

They are always busy and you always have to wait. Thought ought to tell you that their customer service is good.They do what they say they will do, they back their work and honor their warranties with no issues.I had always thought of them as low rate or cheap glasses, but not at all - top brands, good pricing, great service and delivery is always ahead of schedule!I wish I had known them sooner.

So glad we went to EyeMart! Great customer service, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Great deals and saved money. Going back in the future and for sure will send friends and family their way!

Great service, friendly helpful staff.had a problem with a pair of glasses purchased, they fixed me up with no problems.Very happy with my glasses now.Recommend to all my friends.
