Excellent and fast customer service.
Very good customer service. I highly recommend it. The workers they know what they're doing. I'll be returning year after year to get my glasses there. I would rate it higher if possible.
Victoria exhibits a high level of rudeness and disrespect. During the explanation of your eye insurance plan, she adopts a condescending tone and makes a point of belittling you. It is important to note that she can be spiteful and will likely continue to provoke you. My glasses were ready by 3:30 PM, yet when I inquired about the prolonged wait at 5:40 PM, she hesitated to provide the phone number she had recorded for me and instead offered a completely different number that was nowhere near mine.
