I have called 5 times within the past 24 hours and they have not answered a single phone call. Just trying to schedule an appointment 😐
Very quick friendly service. Got 4 pair of glasses in less than 45 minutes. Super satisfied.
I went in for what I thought was a simple replacement of a screw putting the arm back on. Instead, a four year old pair of glasses were falling apart. The team worked so hard to fix them (which they did) even if it was piecing them together with another arm. They were concerned I'd be upset, but instead I was sincerely thankful since it is my only pair. I plan to go back there with my new prescription in the next few weeks. I just wanted to commend them for going over and beyond.
