I have been to the eye mart in Beckley twice in the last month. The lady that helped us was very unprofessional. She gave me a form to fill out with my name address and phone number and then did not change it in the system. When I told her that the 661 number was not correct she just got very snippy and said well I can't change it now! I understand that dealing with a new insurance can be frustrating but you should still listen to the customer and answer questions that are asked. From the time I entered, until the time I left, I was nothing but extremely satisfied with the courteous and professional service I received.
