I went in for what I thought was a simple replacement of a screw putting the arm back on. Instead, a four year old pair of glasses were falling apart. The team worked so hard to fix them (which they did) even if it was piecing them together with another arm. They were concerned I'd be upset, but instead I was sincerely thankful since it is my only pair. I plan to go back there with my new prescription in the next few weeks. I just wanted to commend them for going over and beyond.

Cut n dry visit, pick your rims and in ten days or less your glasses are ready! Also they'll adjust or fix them for you the first year
Had a great experience walked in with my prescription without an appointment and was taken care of and I had glasses in less than half an hour would definitely recommend if you really need a pair asap
EVERYONE IS RUDE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THATS PROBABLY WHY THEY ARE NEVER BUSY. THE OLDER LADY BACK ON THE LEFT SIDE IS SO MISERABLE WITH HER JOB ,PEOPLE ,LIFE, really don't know but this is why your monthly sales are not that well. Being a business owner and a veteran in the area this is definitely going to be a discussion for me to others. The only friendly person was the one busting her butt making glasses in the back.
