Such a terrible waste of time and effort The staff is unprofessional and the HIPPA privacy alone should force the store to close. When checking on the status of an order, the staff member read me every patient name on a list of glasses which had arrived that day. I gave her my last name twice and that didn't seem to stop her. Lazy, incompetent and with total disregard for healthcare privacy... stay away at all costs.

repeat customer great prices very helpful would recommend to everyone. i have been to supposedly higher end places and treated worse with less help and paid a whole lot more. i would recommend to everyone

horrible i have gone to the eyemart express in sioux city iowa and have been there twice and extremely unhappy with them poor customer service and talk to people like they are stupid the frames are cheap and the lenses are even CHEAPER very poor quality of lenses the perscription is off and isnt right i dont know if they hire idiots to make the lenses or what but my glasses and my mothers are way off wack and they say well its your eyes not the lenses sounds like a crock to me i have never heard anything good about this plac... read more

Frustrated customer I visited the Eyemart in Sioux Falls on 10/26/10 after just an eye examination determined I needed trifocal lenses. Since this may require a larger frame I visted eyemart. I waited looked and waited around for a rep to finish his helping another customer. I stood by the counter as did two other customers. The one employee completed paper work and walked away without asking if I needed help. No customer service The first time I went to Eyemart Express was to just look at some frames and ask some questions. One person on the floor, nobody ever acknowledged me. So I left. Came back the next night with my husband, we each needed glasses for reading and hard to get him there due to his job. Nobody acknowledged us again, several people milling around looking at frames. Eye mart is a waste of money and time I have gone to Eye mart in Sioux Falls SD twice and have been sadly disappointed each time. The second time they gave me the wrong prescription and proceeded to tell me that it was not the glasses but my problem. I will never go back to them again and would discourage anyone I know from going the Eye Mart

Recreation Therapy Director Eye Mart exceeded my expectations in delivering great customer service. I just got my glasses and will post later on how I like them, but so far the customer service has been excellant. I thought that a low cost place would not deliver to me what I have come to expect from the smaller optical shop that I have been a customer of for years, but they did.
