If possible, I would give Eyemart Express in Bangor a -5 review!!! I bought two pair of frames and glasses there a few weeks ago. They came in and I went to pick them up. One pair was fine. I could not see out of the other pair. They seemed to doubt that but they took the pair of glasses back and were going to redo the lens. I went to pick them up today. RecommendedThis is the fourth time I’ve gotten glasses here. I just bought two pairs yesterday and today my dog chewed a pair. I called the store and they didn’t even hesitate to offer to replace them free of charge. I can’t say enough about their awesome customer service, and great prices!

I love my new glasses! You had exactly what I wanted, and they were ready in less than an hour! Staff is friendly, and understood that I didn't need to spend a lot of money on glasses (I wear contacts too).
The employee Katherine was very helpful helping me pick out my glasses.
Horrible. They discriminate and only serve those who are ready to purchase. If you want to get pricing, they ignore you. I had to sign in and they want you to put down why you are there. I didn’t know that would put me at the bottom while people after me were served. People get pricing so they can purchase. So rude and stupid. Took my business along with my mothers to Mainely Eyes where was treated with respect. Rather pay the extra bucks for quality customer service than be treated as a dog again. Horrible people.
