RecommendedI took my mom in to get glasses following cataract surgery. Joni helped us and she was incredible. I changed things a couple of different times, deciding to get sunglasses, etc and she was so kind and patient. I also want to commend the store on their steps to prevent Covid-19. They are diligent in making sure everything is sanitized. I would highly recommend them!

I can’t say I’d recommend this place at all, my husband and I went there in November and they still haven’t gotten my husbands glasses correct. It has just been a mess from the beginning, customer service is great when certain people are there but if those people aren’t there, just turn around and walk out the door. Hopefully it will improve but we won’t be back especially since it’s a two hour drive from where we live (and we’ve had to drive up there eight times). Firstly, set my appt on wrong day, never called to remind me or notify me that I missed my appt. still went hoping it was just a off day. Doc was alright. Was told by receptionist my contacts would be waiting with glasses reps after 5, drove all the way there to find out they weren’t left out for me to pick up.
