Been going to this store for over 7 years and will never go back after today. The new staff and management are rude and are not helpful. When you try to explain what you want, they interrupt and talk over you. My 10 year old made that observation....without me having to say a word. It is not my fault you chose to only have 2 people working today. Took forever to get into see the Dr and they might as well take Express out of their name, it takes two or three days to get your glasses not to mention I was supposed to get a free pair and it was never mentioned from the salesman

Excellent service! I'm a longtime patient of Dr. Don and have always been impressed by the professionalism, friendly staff, and medical knowledge. I have an eye condition that many other doctors would have given up on, but they worked as a team until they found the best solution for me. As long as I'm in the area, I'll never go to a different eye doctor!

Dr. Don is my specific eye Dr. He is top notch, knowledgable, personalable, efficient and eager to meet all of your eye care needs. The staff are kind and efficient as well. The front office and back office (billing) is top notch and accurate. If there has ever been an insurance question. They handle it for me on the spot. This is an A+ rating.
Dr Don to the rescue! I have been coming to Dr Don for years for low-cost frames that my son is going to break anyway. Twice now, when he broken his glasses, I was able to come right in and see the doctor and get replacements right away. On Tuesday I broke my glasses while I was out. Since I was close I asked at their receptionist if they could help me. Even though it was after 5pm, He gave me an appointment that night, picked my frames, and had them immediately. They really are amazing!
Dr. Don was very nice. He took the time to explain what each test was for. My eyes have been prodded, tested, shone a bright light on, and dilated so many times, but this is the first time someone's taken the time to explain why each test counts.
Very nice eye clinic. The receptionist and other employees there are very nice and helpful, and the set up of the place is clean, friendly, and beautiful. I haven't had the chance to look at the frames, but their contact lens prices are better than what I used to pay. Dr. Don was very nice. He took the time to explain what each test was for.
