The location on Harbison Blvd. was excellent. Chad waited on us, and he was very knowledgeable and nice. I had been to another eyeglass place very near there this place, and we have not even picked up our glasses yet, but I have nothing but good compliments to give this facility! I love them already! Thank to everyone that works there.
I'm Ricky Thomas and I came to Harbison eyemart on April 9 had an exam and picked out my glasses. Service was good, still haven't received my glasses. Called 2 weeks ago and they said lab made wrong prescription. Haven't heard anything since. Please answer someone !!!!! FRUSTRATED
