I had a terrible experience at this place. During the booking process I already told them I need my old eyelashes removed. She refused to help me when I arrived and was ten minutes late. Even though I could see that she still working with the another client, she keep claimed that she had no time to assist me. Her lack of concern or apology for the situation ruined my entire day. I would not recommend this place to anyone who expects professionalism and customer service!
I should have listened to the reviews. The pricing is a total scam. I was drawn in by the $78 first time customer for 120 lashes, and even confirmed on the phone that this was the price. $78, by the way, is still on the steep side. I’ve been to great lash salons in New York City and pay less than this. I’ve been to another Korean lash lady in Honolulu for about this price but could not find her this time. Coco lashes are very affordable able definitely worth it. I am a returning customer and they never disappoint! Today I got the flat plus lashes with Yoshiko and she was so friendly and advised me what would be best for me. Many lash salons with this price come out a little uncomfortable but I do not feel any discomfort during and after my appointment. 先日この店で、140ドルにチップを入れて160ドル相当のまつげをつけてもらったが、1週間ほどで片側のまつげがほとんど取れてしまった。滞在中も全くリラックスできず、終わったらすぐに出て行ってくださいな態度だった。そしてやり直してもしてもらえず、どうしたらそんなに簡単に取れてしまうのか私は不思議だ。全く不愉快なお店だった。
