I purchased new lenses and am very pleased with the service I received. The lenses were in within a week, and Betty and Kassy were so helpful and pleasant to work with! I highly recommend Eyeland Temple for your eyeglass needs!
I’ve had nothing but problems with Eyeland in Temple. First issue- I accidentally broke my frames which I paid for replacements out of pocket-they installed the lenses incorrectly. After I asked them to double check the lenses, they said they were scratched. Thankfully they were still under warranty. When my new lenses came in I received a text stating I could stop in to pick them up. Worst place I've ever dealt with ordered glasses on the 14th of November here it is almost a month later and they tell me it will be another month before I get my glasses . And telling me it's basically my fault because my script is high like I'm the first person to have bad eyesight will not be doing business with them again .
Extremely kind staff.
