The office staff, Katlynn Reed, Sue Walburn, Janet Bingaman, and Amy Boyer went out of their way to help with the entire process from advice on selecting lenses and frames to advice on lens care and even made the most unpleasant part of the process, billing, almost enjoyable by finding ways to find us discounts for everything we needed within the parameters of our insurance coverage. I stopped in today and asked if they could tighten my frames. The lady was nice enough to do so and even cleaned my lenses for me. Super friendly staff that makes an effort to be helpful.
I can't thank you enough for all the help with my daughters glasses!!! Our insurance has been used up for the year with her eyewear. My daughter goes to pre-k. Her glasses were broke from a child on accident during music time. I of course didn't have the money to purchase new frames. Seems like these things happen when we have no money to fix it haha.
