This place is great, i drive all the way from Roseburg I wont go anywhere else
Dr. Cat and the rest of the team are amazing! Everyone is very personable and friendly. Dr. Cat goes above and beyond during the visit to explain what she’s doing and why. The team really makes sure you’re comfortable with your prescription and order. Genuinely the best optometrist experience I’ve ever had!
Went for eye exam and to get contacts. Lady who does the exam is nice and knowledgeable. The man and woman at the counter are very unpleasant and not knowledgeable. Couldn't give pricing, charged for trial lenses "price of doing business" even though usually free elsewhere, called to let me know one arrived then the next day the other and offered to leave them under a doormat, they don't follow up, have bad hours and are just not good. Go elsewhere!
Dr. Cat was great. I came in the day after Christmas with a metal shaving in my eye. I had already removed the metal but my eye was goopy and in pain. She took a look. Confirmed that there was an injury and infection. She gave me a prescription for medication and sent me on my way. She was very polite and understanding the whole time. Connected or guilt just pleasant conversation.
Owner is rude, disrespectful and overly entitled. Avoid at all costs!!!
