I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this place. I tried to cancel my appointment 24 hours in advance, but they suddenly demanded a cancellation fee that was never disclosed or agreed upon during booking. To avoid this unexpected penalty, I was forced to leave my office in the middle of an extremely busy workday after having to justify the situation to my boss. We have been seeing Dr. Elisa Xiao for about two years now, and she has become our go-to eye specialist for my son. She is warm, patient, and truly professional. Under her care, my son’s vision has been well controlled, and we avoided many unnecessary detours in treatment. I’ve also recommended her to several families around us because she is genuinely an outstanding doctor. We are very grateful for her dedication and support.
