This review is almost four years late. I hesitated about whether I should leave a review for Dr. Tung (who was recommended to us by his father), but over the years, I’ve kept thinking about how he treated my daughter during her appointment in May 2022. I also feel that I need to speak up for my daughter, who was treated poorly. During the appointment, he told her that she wouldn’t be able to learn anything at school and that she wouldn’t be able to see the birdie when she plays badminton. The whole team here has helped me immensely with my dry eye issues. Dr. Tong did the necessary tests to help narrow down the issues, while YY and Chris have been an amazing team during my dry eye treatments. They've made a huge difference in my quality of life, and have been a pleasure to work with!
I have been a patient at Eyelab for almost three years, throughout which I've been able to interact with the optometrists, dry eye team, and front desk staff. Everybody is kind, friendly, and feels invested in my care.
